3. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete transaction information
- Respond to requests in a timely manner
- Comply with brokerage, MLS, and local regulations
4. Payment Terms
- Contract-to-close and double-end services are billed at closing (no-close, no-fee)
- Add-on services are billed upon completion and are non-refundable
- Fees may change with notice
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for delays or outcomes caused by third parties (lenders, title, clients), or for incomplete/incorrect information provided by users.
6. Brokerage Disclaimer
DreamTeam TC is an independent coordination service. We are not acting as a broker or agent in any transaction unless explicitly stated. All brokerage supervision and compliance remain the responsibility of the licensed brokerage.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content is owned by DreamTeam TC and may not be reused without permission.
